Ich hatte hier fast ein Jahr lang eine Lagerbox und war rundum zufrieden. Die Anlage ist sehr sauber und sicher, sodass ich mir nie Sorgen um meine eingelagerten Sachen machen musste. Der Service war immer freundlich und hilfsbereit – egal, ob es um die Anmietung, Fragen zwischendurch oder die Kündigung ging. Klare Empfehlung für alle, die eine zuverlässige Lagermöglichkeit in Spandau suchen!

Ich bin bereits seit einem Jahr Kunde und bin weiterhin mehr als begeistert, was den Kundenservice angeht. Ob damals beim Vertragsabschluss oder vor kurzem beim Wechsel zu einem größeren Lagerraum. Begrüßt wurde ich durch freundliche und serviceorientierte Mitarbeiter, die sich die gebotene Zeit nahmen um alle meine Fragen in Ruhe zu beantworten. Das Gelände und die Räume sind sauber und ordentlich, sodass man sich auch nur beim kurzem "Besuch" wohl fühlt. Einfach Top!

Wir haben die Lagerbox für ein Jahr gemietet, als wir umgezogen sind - sie hat uns geholfen, besser organisiert zu sein und unsere wichtigen Dinge sicher zu lagern, ohne dass wir uns Sorgen machen mussten, dass sie beschädigt werden. Herzlichen Dank dafür.

Ich brauchte sehr kurzfristig am Samstagnachmittag eine Lagermöglichkeit, quasi sofort. Das Büro war tatsächlich telefonisch erreichbar 🤩(welche Firma ist das heutzutage?!) Der Mitarbeiter war super nett, total auf zack. Hat gleich das Problem verstanden. Buchung ging telefonisch und gleichzeitig per Mail. Der ganze Vorgang war sehr sehr unkompliziert!!! 🤩Ich wünschte mir, dass es bei Reisebuchungen auch so ginge. Das Lager ist gut gesichert. Idiotensicher beschildert, sauber und trocken! Man kann sogar im Trockenen ausladen, es gibt Rollwägen und Fahrstühle. Ich würde es jederzeit wieder buchen.
