Highest recommendation for LAGERBOX
ServiceValue recently conducted the “Customers recommend” study in cooperation with Focus Money.
The study surveyed a total of 1,625 companies as well as a whooping 558,00 customer reviews in April and May 2024. The above-mentioned companies were sorted based on 85 identified industries and a winner was selected from each one of those industries.
We are glad to say we scored highly and managed to score a first place as a self-storage provider.
Why are customer satisfaction surveys conducted?
The internet can feel like a jungle sometimes and many consumers find themselves no wiser after attempting to navigate it. Credible and independent studies are good news for consumers because they provide them with an overview of the market without having to spend hours on research.
It should be noted that none of the surveyed companies were involved in the study so that the opinions that were included and make up the results were assessed in an independent and honest way.
What is LAGERBOX?
LAGERBOX has been operating self-storage facilities for 27 years that are used by our customers for both personal and business storage. The reasons for storage and the types of stored goods can vary greatly.
Private individuals often put furniture and household belongings into storage. This also has different reasons: when you can’t find a new flat in time, replacing a cellar that’s unavailable or an unavailable one that’s too damp, going abroad for an extended period, storing bulky sports equipment that clutters your home, general storage of items that don’t fit in your home.
Business customers use the LAGERBOX facilities to store merchandise or e-commerce products, to archive documents, to put away business equipment, or simply as general storage for all kinds of company-related items.
Sustainability
LAGERBOX places a strong emphasis on sustainable construction. All our new self-storage facilities are built according to the KfW Efficiency House 70 standard. Many of our facilities now boast green roofs and solar panels, or are gradually being retrofitted.
The infiltration of rainwater is managed as natural infiltration, wherever possible. Ventilation is also achieved using natural methods, thereby reducing the environment impact. All our self-storage facilities are equipped with LED lighting. Additionally, the lighting is managed by motion sensors, ensuring that lights are only activated when movement is detected.
We have been able to make the change to green electricity at some of our facilities and seek to implement this at all facilities that require external electricity in the future.
LAGERBOX is expanding
The LAGERBOX portfolio currently includes 31 self-storage locations. We are planning additional locations, especially in large cities, where the lack of storage space is most pronounced.
Buildings in Erfurt, Arnsberg, Braunschweig and Remscheid are already under construction. Additional locations in Bremen and Essen are in the project planning phase.
