How are you influenced by the Corona virus here at our company?
Our customer offices are still open for you so that we can advise you directly on site and also conclude rental agreements. We have adapted our offices to the current situation so that we have implemented all the necessary measures for your health and ours. Please keep distance when entering our offices and wear a mouth-nose protection. Of course, you can also call or email us regarding your request. Access to the warehouse is also possible as usual.
Can I still make a contract during the Corona crisis and also put it into storage?
Yes, of course. Just visit us, call us or write us an e-mail, so that we can handle the bureaucratic part uncomplicated by e-mail or phone. We will try to advise you on the right size of storage space to the best of our ability - should the storage space be too small or too large, flexible changing is of course possible without complications. Naturally, you can also book online without any complications.
I am an existing customer and have questions about my contract or would like to settle an invoice?
Please try to keep personal contact with us as minimal as possible. The best way is to contact us by e-mail or phone. Customers who have previously paid in cash, we ask to pay the bill by bank transfer. In exceptional situations, payment in cash or via card is of course also possible at our office.
Can I still buy packaging materials from LAGERBOX (Warehouse)?
Yes, of course. The best way to do this is to call us and we will arrange the non-contact sale with you. Of course, you can also purchase your moving material directly from us in the selling offices.
What to watch out for in the time of Corona Virus?
Please observe the hygiene rules recommended by the Robert Koch Institute - SARS-CoV-2 (e.g. wash your hands frequently, do not touch your face, keep your distance from other people).
The Corona virus is a big challenge for all of us, so we try to reduce the contact with each other to the "minimum".
May I use the transporter from you?
Yes, of course. After each use, we clean the van to the best of our ability.
