LAGERBOX has been top-rated by “WirtschaftsWoche”. In the category “Germany’s customer favourite”, LAGERBOX received a “Very highly recommended” rating.
LAGERBOX again has every reason to say thank you to its customers. In another survey, conducted by ServiceValue, we are glad to say that the results were equally positive. We are deeply grateful for this appreciation. This is not the first time that LAGERBOX has done exceedingly well in surveys. In the past months, we received more and more messages from survey institutes that LAGERBOX had secured an award. Of course, this enables us to advertise our services with esteemed quality seals. We do not take this for granted. It shows us that we have chosen the right path to make our customers happy.
This time, too, we achieved a median value of 2.44 and thus a “Very highly recommended” rating in the “Self-storage provider” category. The median value highlights the level of customer satisfaction independent of industry. We are thrilled to have received a 2.44 value, which is an excellent value for LAGERBOX, especially since it is independent of industry. The next rating after “Very highly recommended”, which LAGERBOX was able to achieve, is the “Highly recommended” category. Companies in this category have received a slightly higher median value, which corresponds with a slightly lower rating, like the grades in school. However, some companies did not receive a recommendation at all.
This was the first time that ServiceValue, a market research institute, set out to find “Germany’s customer favourite”. Like LAGERBOX, the winners in this category received the “Germany’s customer favourites 2022” award. Commissioned by “WirtschaftsWoche”, the institute collected about 386,000 customer reviews on preferred brands from 153 sectors.

Based on its outstanding rating, LAGERBOX can now receive the exclusive “WirtschaftsWoche” quality seal “Germany’s customer favourite – VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED”. This can be licensed for use in communications and advertising and is aimed at improving customer retention in a time of increasing competition.
In the past, LAGERBOX has received the 2021 seal of the German Society for Consumer Studies for receiving the best rating in the “Service and Support” category, the 2019 TOP SERVICE QUALITY seal by TEST Bild, and a 2021 seal for high customer trust, which was also given out by “WirtschaftsWoche”.
