How easy would you like it to be? LAGERBOX is newly opened in Offenbach
Loyal LAGERBOX customers know the drill: We are frequently opening new LAGERBOX locations across Germany’s major cities to create storage opportunities for people everywhere. But even our local customers are in for a surprise because LAGERBOX is bringing a new brand to market. We present to you: LAGERBOX easy!
Let’s start with the facts: LAGERBOX is taking over a competitor in Offenbach. Consequently, we are setting up a new facility at no 10 Odenwaldring. The only difference to most other projects is that LAGERBOX is not building herself but taking over and optimising a property that was originally designed with self-storage in mind.
LAGERBOX is taking over a property from Easy Self Storage. In a way, the brand for the new project was handed to us on a silver platter. So far, so good. So, what does the new brand mean and how does it work? Read on to find out.
The main difference to regular LAGERBOX facilities is the simplicity and the return to traditional self-storage. The aim is to run the facility self-sufficiently without having as many on-site employees. As the name suggests, the aim also is to make things as easy as possible for our customers.
For that, we have made a few optimisations. The biggest change compared to Easy Self Storage is the time window. Easy Self Storage's access hours for the Offenbach location were Monday to Friday from 7 am to 7 pm and Saturday from 8 am to 4 pm. The new opening hours at LAGERBOX easy don’t differentiate between weekdays and weekends. LAGERBOX easy will be open 365 days a year from 6 am to 11 pm.
Despite the restructuring, the most important LAGERBOX features will be continued. All our storage units are secure, dry, and clean. They are equipped with alarm systems, video surveillance, access control for the facility, and an extra padlock for every storage unit. LAGERBOX easy, too, offers storage boxes for both private households and business customers.
The current facility provides our customers with around 350 storage units to let. Now that we’re taking over, the outside areas will also soon feature additional storage units.
Something very special is going on, which we briefly mentioned already. In Offenbach, our new brand will be LAGERBOX easy. The Easy brand runs under the umbrella of the LAGERBOX group and stands for self-storage that is easy and convenient above all else. With it, we focus on what is most important: renting storage space.
The facility in Offenbach will be the first under the LAGERBOX easy brand. It’s our premiere, so to speak. The facility has three stories, including the ground floor.
LAGERBOX is a key player in the self-storage industry. We offer temporary or long-term storage space for all your belongings in flexible units with a range of sizes. Our minimum rental periods are short. This can be convenient in many different situations when you require additional storage space at short notice. A great example here is moving house.
When you’re moving, not everything you own can be taken with you from A to B. For that reason, LAGERBOX offers you an opportunity for temporary storage. This gives you complete peace of mind until you finished your move. In the end, you can opt to transport the remaining furniture into your new home. If you’re going abroad for longer, it can also be convenient to rent a unit at LAGERBOX. This is especially true if you don’t have an apartment during that time. That way you don’t have to worry about your things.
Our units are also better than other storage opportunities because they are protected against theft. The standards of the security system at LAGERBOX are comprehensive by default. Renovation is another good example and one that’s also related to furniture.
When you’re renovating, you don’t want your furniture to be in the way. A good way of creating space is to move them to a self-storage box.
As you can see, there are many reasons why a box at LAGERBOX can be a good idea. Renting a storage unit has many benefits. If you live in one of Germany’s major cities, you probably have a lack of space as it is.
More and more people are renting self-storage units because the price of a square metre is going up and many people simply can’t afford to take all their belongings with them. Urbanisation is the name of the trend that refers to more and more people moving to larger cities and fewer people staying in rural areas and villages.
