LAGERBOX with it: The Service Award 2022
The LAGERBOX is part of a large study called "Service Award 2022" and came off with great success.
However, before we go into the results, it is first necessary to clarify how this study proceeds.
With over 40 comprehensive service & advice studies, 687 on-site mystery checks, 383 website evaluations, 301 delivery service tests and 1,565 customer service checks, "DtGV" last year provided consumers with guidance when choosing a provider.
A huge pool of figures, data and facts - from which the best of the best were once again determined across all sectors to be honored with the "DtGV Service Award 2022".
Some companies in the self-storage industry, including LAGERBOX, are also part of the study. In the corresponding categories, however, only the best were listed, i.e. there was no industry-specific approach.
In the category "on-site service" LAGERBOX achieved a score of 99.2%. In general, the self-storage companies were the best in this category together with the hearing aid acousticians; for LAGERBOX it was enough for fifth place.
In the category "On-site consulting", LAGERBOX made it to the podium: One earned third place with 95.7 percent.
Place one is in the category Internet appearance the keyword: There the LAGERBOX fetched smooth 100,0 per cent.
Overall, therefore, the majority of the self-storage industry performed well.
