Stuttgart – a large city offering many benefits, an excellent place for shopping, and home to a LAGERBOX storage facility. Our Stuttgart location was opened in the Feuerbach district in 2009, when we were the first ever self-storage company to set up shop in the city.
Stuttgart is the state capital of Baden-Württemberg and has approximately 630,000 inhabitants. Counting the entire metropolitan region, Stuttgart has as many as 2.8 million inhabitants. The city sits on the River Neckar and is special in several ways. First, Stuttgart is home to some of the world’s most renowned car manufacturers, including Mercedes-Benz and Porsche. Many locals speak with a Swabian accent, which most outsiders have some difficulties understanding.
Local lore has it that the Swabians are tight with money and try to save it where they can. The people of Stuttgart also hold their VfB Stuttgart sacred – the football club is a regular in the Bundesliga and also won the cup several times. Mercedes-Benz Arena is certainly worth a visit. The city has a few more sights to offer: The most famous are Schloss Rosenstein and the natural science museum, or Museum am Löwentor.
The two famous car manufacturers give insights into their history and current developments at Mercedes-Benz Welt and Porsche Museum, respectively. Cannstatter Wasen is the place to go for a blow-out party, which is much like Oktoberfest in Munich.
To visit LAGERBOX, go to Leobener Strasse 73 in the Feuerbach district. Although this is our smallest facility in the whole country, its 632 storage units still offer enough room for big city dwellers to put their belongings into dry and secure storage. You have access to all your storage goods, which are covered by insurance, every day of the year between 6am and 11pm.
Our extensive security concept makes sure the entire facility is equipped with alarm systems and videosurveillance, access is generally only possible with a code, and every unit is secured with a padlock.
For moving in with your things, we provide you with a free-of-charge* transport van. We also offer a goods receiving service for our business customers.

* The transporter is included in the Smart and Premium packages from a monthly rental of 50 € for the move-in. In the Premium package, it is even included when you move out. In general, the use of the transporter requires availability. The use is limited to the times from Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5:30 pm and Saturdays from 9 am to 3:30 pm. 30 km are included, each additional kilometer is charged with 0,50 €.
